Quirky burger joint challenges Man vs. Food host Adam Richman to a burger duel

Jaws Jumbo Burgers dares Travel Channel’s Adam Richman to show up and down five Frenzee Bacon Cheeseburgers in one hour.

Jaws Jumbo Burgers is challenging the Man vs. food host Adam Richman to eat five Frenzee Bacon Cheeseburgers in an hour. “Customers are always telling us to send something to Man vs. Food,” says Manager Paul Porter. Just recently reporters Dave Phillips and Kyle Duda, of the Oakland Press and creators of the The PaperBoy Food Challenge, a video series similar to Travel Channel’s Man vs. Food , began scouting for food challenges in the metro Detroit area. They invited Jaws Jumbo Burgers to be a part of their first edition. Dave Phillips attempted to beat the record of four Frenzee Burgers, set by the legendary Marcus. Dave Phillips soon learned he had truly bit off more than he could chew when the giant double decker burger arrived at his table with 2/3 lb ground sirloin , double bacon, double cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and grilled onions.
